Coaching and support for neurodivergent individuals

Prospering in life from neurodivergent awareness.

Whether you have a diagnosis, are seeking one, or are self-diagnosed, we can support you in understanding neurodivergence and developing a greater sense of confidence and agency.

What to expect from coaching and support

Unlike therapy sessions, which can be more past-focused, coaching sessions concentrate on developing future self-awareness and identifying strategies that can help you in your life right now. Alongside information about your neurodivergence, we use neurodivergent-specific strategies, such as social stories and executive functioning tools, that tap into your strengths, interests and skills.

Our approach is strength-based and neurodiversity-positive. We work collaboratively to explore your goals and challenges. Very often the first step is to understand your unique neurodivergence and how this impacts your life. This can help in understanding your mental and physical health, relationships, work and educational experience, and sense of self. We appreciate many neurodivergent people experience discrimination and bullying and focus on providing a safe and supportive environment. Our practitioners are highly experienced and have worked with hundreds of neurodivergent people from diverse backgrounds. We take an intersectional approach and understand that factors such as gender, sexuality, ethnicity and age interplay with neurodivergence and your experience of being in the world.

Autism self-reflection workbook

The Autism Self-Reflection Workbook was developed collaboratively between Tini, Howard and four autistic adults, with illustrations by one of the contributors.

The Workbook is designed to help a neurodivergent individual to describe and understand their Autism and the degree to which different areas impact on the person.

Neurodivergent individuals can also use the workbook to develop strategies and to use this information to ask for support from families, friends, colleagues or employers.

The workbook can be purchased to be used by individuals on their own, or working with family members, mental health or support workers amongst others. The workbook can be used repeatedly as this may help to see how a person is progressing and developing.

NeuroProsperity also offers individual and group sessions to work through the workbook.

What our students say about us

This course is one of the best I have ever attended. The sessions were split into subject areas which meant you could select those relevant to your circumstances.
I learned so much more about autism from each session, and particularly liked hearing about theories and the most recent thoughts and approaches.
The facilitators were extremely knowledgable and engaging, clearly having vast experience of the subject matter.
Lived experience is important for me as a parent/carer, and sharing a little of this in an appropriate way meant I felt I could connect more with the facilitators and helped build trust.
