Whether you have a diagnosis, are seeking one, or are self-diagnosed, we can support you in understanding neurodivergence and developing a greater sense of confidence and agency. Unlike therapy sessions, which can be more past-focused, coaching sessions concentrate on developing future self-awareness and identifying strategies that can help you in your life right now. Alongside information about your neurodivergence, we use neurodivergent-specific strategies, such as social stories and executive functioning tools, that tap into your strengths, interests and skills.
Our approach is strength-based and neurodiversity-positive. We work collaboratively to explore your goals and challenges. Very often the first step is to understand your unique neurodivergence and how this impacts your life. This can help in understanding your mental and physical health, relationships, work and educational experience, and sense of self.
We appreciate many neurodivergent people experience discrimination and bullying and focus on providing a safe and supportive environment. Our practitioners are highly experienced and have worked with hundreds of neurodivergent people from diverse backgrounds. We take an intersectional approach and understand that factors such as gender, sexuality, ethnicity and age interplay with neurodivergence and your experience of being in the world.
