Neurodivergent people are increasingly present in the workforce, education and social life. Our team helps professionals to identify and appropriately respond to the needs of neurodivergent people and find ways of supporting them, to help them achieve the best they can.
We can provide bespoke training sessions for organisations, teams or individual leaders. We have previously trained groups within educational settings, social care teams, police and fire services, NHS teams, third-sector and private sector organisations.
The training can include research-based information on neurodiversity, how to support neurodivergent people in your organisation and working clinically with neurodivergent people. We will liaise with you about your organisation's needs and create a unique training to support your staff.
